Church planting and Missions academy will allow you to get an insight to see practically how word principles are applied with accuracy to build and impact locally and internationally we will look at how god is wanting us to build and impact the nations from a local, autonomous church.

IN A ONE YEAR CURRICULUM:

(A) Church Planting and Missions Training:

INTRODUCTION TO MUSSIONS:.

CROSS CULTURAL MISSIONS A:

  • God and the nations; The call & being sent; the missionary;
  • Working in a team; Preparation & administration;
  • The importance of a sending cell;
  • Luggage; Foreign culture; Language; An introduction to Re-Entry.

CROSS CULTURAL MISSIONS B:
Word study on God’s heart for nations; A look at the assignments of Cross Cultural Missions A (how to apply information).

CHURCH PLANTING:
Planting of Churches; Apostolic Strategies.

OUTREACH AND MINISTRIES:
Important aspects of outreach; Ministry etiquette; How to establish a ministry.

WORLD PERSPECTIVES A:
World Issues & Kingdom and Biblical perspective

CHURCH PLANTING AND MISSIONS PERSPECTIVE:
Understanding the mandate given by God to establish the kingdom of God.

WORLD RELIGIONS A:
An investigation on the origin, doctrines and misconceptions of various non-Christian religious groups and “-isms” [Jehovah Witnesses; Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter day saints; Islam; Old & new apostles; New Age; Hinduism; etc.]; How to approach each group.

RE-ENTRY:
  • Adjustment from life on missions field;
  • HOW TO DEAL WITH EXPECTATIONS AND CHANGES:
  • (physical, social, emotional, political, spiritual, financial, family, etc.);
  • The process of closure; Dealing with guilt, ideals & relationships; Debriefing; Personal assessment; Identity; Back to your congregation

LANGUAGE SCHOOL:

(B) Lifestyle Training:

HEAR AND OBEY:
A practical way of learning to walk with God on a daily basis and growing in discerning His voice.

PROPHETIC CREATIVITY A:
Creating an awareness about the prophetic; passionate dynamics to launch people into the prophetic; relevance.

PROPHETIC CREATIVITY B:
Definition of a breakthrough believer’s lifestyle; breakthrough relationship lifestyle (building in the Spirit); breakthrough worship lifestyle; breakthrough leadership lifestyle.

PROPHETIC EVANGELISM:
Learning to hear from God and then to be led to impact lives creatively.

SCHOOL OF THE PROPHETS:
A two week intensive equipping in spirit dynamics, church building and breakthrough believer lifestyle.

   
PRAISE & WORSHIP LIFESTYLE:
The heart of worship; worship lifestyle; theology of worship; dynamics of breakthrough worshippers; ignite these in your life and corporate body / the Church.

PUBLIC RELATIONS A:
Important aspects of outreach and ministry etiquette.

TEAM DYNAMICS:
The importance of functioning in a team; practical guidelines.

KINGDOM FINANCE:
Kingdom mindset in business; empowering Kingdom advancement; practical application.

CHURCH PLANTING:
Apostolic strategies for planting of churches practically explained.

PREACHING AND TEACHING:
Introduction to enable the Student to preach the word of God. Enabling of the Student to teach and bring forth a clear message.

STATURE DEVELOPMENT:
Students will be discipled in the academy, in small groups and in the student houses. This entails building relationship with the leaders where accountability can grow and character can be formed. Evaluation will take place in 7 facets: Discipline; character; attitude; practical lifestyle; leadership; people skills and general growth.

(C) Ministry Training:

Go on an eight week National or International tour or outreach. All students need to go on a tour in order to receive a Word Certificate of Completion. Each student needs to pass a character evaluation before they will be allowed to go on tour.

(D) Various Training Options:

FULL TIME:
Complete one year of church planting and missions Training; continue to study for a further 2nd and 3rd year; complete one year Training in any of the other Academies.

PART TIME:
Training Conference in June-July (3 weeks) & in December (2 weeks); visit any of the Creare Bases near you; weekend workshops & evening classes; visiting tour teams.

(E) Post Training Opportunities:
  • Further your congregation or ministry with new input and training received.
  • Lecturer at a Creare Training Centre.
  • Join a full time local, national or international tour team.
  • Start your own academy or training centre.
