A ONE YEAR COURSE CONSISTING OF 12 SHORT COURSES. THIS YEAR IS PURPOSED TO EQUIP THE STUDENT PRACTICALLY IN DIFFERENT FACETS OF LIFE.
A YEAR OF A DEEPER RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD AND PRACTICAL DAILY LIVING, DIVERSITY IN THE ARTS, DIFFERENT CULTURES AND FRIENDSHIPS, PRACTICAL DISCIPLESHIP, A YEAR IN WHICH TO LAY A FOUNDATION FOR LIFE, MINISTRY AND THE FUTURE.

IN A ONE YEAR CURRICULUM:

(A) Year of Your Life Training:

SPORTS AND RECREATION:
Team building, fitness training (including nutritional information for the individual), different types of adventure sports and leadership training. Learn how to deal with pressure situations in a team, whilst making friends.

DISCOVERING THE ARTS:
5 Weeks of the arts (a choice between the different academies). Students will be trained in the art of their choice and be given tools to prepare for outreaches by using the arts.

BIBLICAL WORLDVIEW:
A more in-depth look at different religions and how different worldviews affect every part of our lives.

UNDERSTANDING THE BIBLE:
A week course of orientation of how to read the Bible. Students can learn how to effectively read the Word and discover an intimate relationship with God.

LEADERSHIP WEEK:
Training and equipping believers to become effective leaders in the home, the workplace and around friends, teaching each student to lead in excellence.

PURPOSE AND IDENTITY:
What is my purpose for life? Students can discover how they effectively work, strengths and personality type. Different personality tests are performed on each student so that they can know how they can function most effectively in every day living.

ETIQUETTE AND NUTRITION:
Teachings and guidance on the correct etiquette for specific situations. Biblical perspective and practical help on a well balanced lifestyle, where each student learns what the necessary nutrition is for their body.

WORK WEEK:
A practical week of serving the community locally and nationally.

MANHOOD AND WOMANHOOD:
A Godly perspective of what our roles are as man and woman. Focus on the uniqueness that makes us who we are supposed to be. How we can live in today’s society and retain our God given identities.

PRACTICAL SKILLS TRAINING:
A skills workshop in First Aid, House Maintenance and Auto Mechanics.

MINISTRY:
Personal breakthrough for every individual in the Academy.

PROPHETIC CREATIVITY A
Creating an awareness about the prophetic; passionate dynamics to launch people into the prophetic; relevance.

PROPHETIC CREATIVITY B
Definition of a breakthrough believer’s lifestyle; breakthrough relationship lifestyle (building in the Spirit); breakthrough worship lifestyle; breakthrough leadership lifestyle.

(B) Lifestyle Training:

HEAR AND OBEY:
A practical way of learning to walk with God on a daily basis and growing in discerning His voice.

PROPHETIC CREATIVITY A:
Creating an awareness about the prophetic; passionate dynamics to launch people into the prophetic; relevance.

PROPHETIC CREATIVITY B:
Definition of a breakthrough believer’s lifestyle; breakthrough relationship lifestyle (building in the Spirit); breakthrough worship lifestyle; breakthrough leadership lifestyle.

PROPHETIC EVANGELISM:
Learning to hear from God and then to be led to impact lives creatively.

SCHOOL OF THE PROPHETS:
A two week intensive equipping in spirit dynamics, church building and breakthrough believer lifestyle.

   
PRAISE & WORSHIP LIFESTYLE:
The heart of worship; worship lifestyle; theology of worship; dynamics of breakthrough worshippers; ignite these in your life and corporate body / the Church.

PUBLIC RELATIONS A:
Important aspects of outreach and ministry etiquette.

TEAM DYNAMICS:
The importance of functioning in a team; practical guidelines.

KINGDOM FINANCE:
Kingdom mindset in business; empowering Kingdom advancement; practical application.

CHURCH PLANTING:
Apostolic strategies for planting of churches practically explained.

PREACHING AND TEACHING:
Introduction to enable the Student to preach the word of God. Enabling of the Student to teach and bring forth a clear message.

STATURE DEVELOPMENT:
Students will be discipled in the academy, in small groups and in the student houses. This entails building relationship with the leaders where accountability can grow and character can be formed. Evaluation will take place in 7 facets: Discipline; character; attitude; practical lifestyle; leadership; people skills and general growth.

(C) Ministry Training:

Go on an eight week National or International tour or outreach. All students need to go on a tour in order to receive a Word Certificate of Completion. Each student needs to pass a character evaluation before they will be allowed to go on tour.

(D) Various Training Options:

FULL TIME:
Complete the Year of Your Life Training; continue to study for a further 2nd and 3rd year; complete one year Training in any of the other Academies.

PART TIME:
Training Conference in June-July (3 weeks) & in December (2 weeks); visit any of the Creare Bases near you; weekend workshops & evening classes; visiting tour teams.

(E) Post Training Opportunities:

  • Have a firm foundation for ministry in the future.
  • Become a facilitator at a Creare Training Centre.
  • Join a full time local, national or international tour team.
  • Start your own academy or training centre.
  • Further your congregation with new input and training received
